How long does a felony stay on your record?

I was a victim of a violent crime and the person has been at the county for 6mo. I have 2 questions. 1) Why does 2 gunshots = 4 counts of attempt murder? 2) Why does the inmate keep getting moved...at least 6 times in 6 mo. Always the same division but different pods I guess?

Would that matter much to you? You may read the actual indictment in his court file located at the Clerk's Office to see the exact charges.

Probably going off how many shots were actually fired, how many others were in area, how many other laws were broken, etc. Inmates move alot due to medical, psych or being disciplinary problems or just to keep groups from plotting stupid ideas.
